is a family entreprise located in the Costa Brava , in the town of Rosas. We are dedicated mainly on two activities: to the construction of houses or luxury villas and to the brokerage or real estate consulting in the sale of properties.

As BUILDERS/CONSTRUCTORS we take care of the whole process (from A to Z) involved for a client to build a house, from managing the plot purchase until the last formalities ... In this way we try to simplify our customers throughout the process or the complexity required to build a house. Above all, we try to make them the experience enjoyable and positive.

We can offer our customers many plots in the Alt Empordà, of which ones we are owners. Even we own the urbanization of Palau-Saverdera Bellavista, where we have the best plots with sea view that exist today to the bay of Roses and the Pyrenees. There, we can build you your dream house...
