In accordance with the 2016 Budget Laws and Art.15.10 of the 2016 Quotation Order:

The self-employed who have contributed in 2015 for common contingencies, (including business contributions, worker contributions, and those related to the special scheme), an amount greater than € 12,245.98, will be entitled to a 50% refund of the quoted excess of said amount, with a maximum of 50% of the mandatory fees for common contingencies entered in the RETA.

The refund will be made at the request of the interested party in the first four months of 2016, therefore, get in touch with your manager.
