LIABILITY INSURANCE

The collegiate is protected by a civil liability insurance that guarantees the damages that may be caused during the exercise of their activity with a minimum capital per establishment open to the public of € 100,000.00. € 600,000.00 per year, to cover its mediating function, that of judicial and extrajudicial expert, the commercialization of tourist apartments, the management of rentals, for its service of the "Public Rental Society" and that of mortgage appraiser.

WARRANTY AND CAUTION INSURANCE

The collegiate is protected by a guarantee and surety for the development of their mediating activity to respond to the amounts they receive in the exercise of the activity, until these amounts are made available to the target persons. The minimum amount of the guarantee is € 60,000.00 per establishment open to the public and year of coverage.



OTHER

INSURANCE FOR THE RENTALS OF UNPAID RENTALS

The College makes available to members the possibility of offering our clients the provision of insurance for the rents of unpaid rents, with the aim of guaranteeing the rents of the rents of habitual and permanent housing (with or without furniture) , and occasional dwellings by reason of studies or work that covers the loss of the rent, the real estate damages and the contentious of the unpaid ones.
