The Girona API College has signed an agreement with the company Lleida Networks Serveis Telemàtics, s.a. which provides Internet access services and offers transmission services for text messages and multimedia messages, including electronic communication services. Sending a contract or document to sign digitally is easier, faster and cheaper than sending it on paper.

- Click & Sign process that combines a sms or certified mail with an attached link, when accessing it the electronic signature is made.
- OPENUM service that certifies whether the content of a sent email message has been accessed.
LEGAL VALIDITY
Electronic signatures made through Click & Sign are fully legal, and comply with the most demanding international regulations, such as now the eIDAS Regulation No. 910/2014 of the European Union, the E-SIGN and the UETA Acts of the United States, and others more than 30 countries.
