The Association of Real Estate Property Agents Girona is a public corporation with its own legal personality and full legal capacity for the fulfillment of its purposes. The Association is governed by the principles of independence and participatory democracy.

Since its founding, June 22 of 1951, the Association works to provide continuing education and a number of services to its members.

As a corporation, in addition to providing assistance to partner also it gives information to consumers.

Since 2003 it has implemented the system of quality management according to international standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008, and since 2018 it has UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015.

In 2010, the Association created the Association of Real Estate Agents of Girona, which is duly registered in the registry of legal entities of the Department of Justice of the Generalitat of Catalonia with the number 55281. The tax identification number NIF is G55225940.

On September 21, 2021, the Association began its commitment to the Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Social Responsibility Program with Respon.cat, complying with the Sustainable Development Goals, SDG.
