My name is Cristina López, a licensed real estate agent (API) and manager of Global Lusso Real Estate – Yachting, a company specialized in property brokerage with a personalized and professional approach.

I have over 15 years of experience in the nautical sector, where I developed key skills in customer service, insurance management, and handling complex situations. These competencies are now applied to the real estate sector, allowing me to provide a rigorous and high-quality service.

After obtaining my official certification as a real estate agent (API), I consolidated my activity in the property sector by managing my own company and assisting both national and international clients in buying and selling processes, always with a strong focus on transparency, trust, and legal security.

In addition, I have expanded my professional training with diplomas in real estate photography and video, data protection in real estate agency management, artificial intelligence and productivity, anti-money laundering in real estate, as well as civil and commercial mediation, with a specialization in real estate conflicts. This allows me to manage transactions with a solution-oriented and professional approach.

I am fluent in several languages, including Spanish, Catalan, and French, which enables smooth communication with a diverse clientele, particularly in high-demand international areas such as the Costa Brava.
