On the other hand, article 340.1 of the current LEC, specifies that the experts will have to possess the official title corresponding to the subject matter of the opinion and the nature of this. Obviously, the API Real Estate Agents, we have the official title necessary for the valuation of real estate, since as established by Decree 3248/69 of December 4, BOE 306 of December 23, the unique validity of which has state ratified by the recently approved Royal Decree 1294/07, of September 28, are functions of the APIs to evacuate inquiries and opinions on the value in sale, assignment or transfer of real estate.

Agreement with the Association of Registrars to contract the Real Estate Valuation Method - MVI service.

This service is a "gateway" to the basic information of the purchase-sale operations that have been written and registered in recent years, updated quarterly (price, street, portal, surface and cadastral age). So it is an information tool that will allow us to add value to our work. At the same time it is also a VALUATION TOOL that will allow you to know the value of a property or the average value of an area and adjust our deposits to the real value of the bands that have been produced in the market.

- Have an electronic signature of the National Currency and Stamp Factory. (Gratuitous).

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR ACCESS

1- Go to http://www.immorealservices.com to access GHESTA in the services section and look for the MVI module.
2- If this is the first time you access, you will first have to indicate that you want to register for the service. To do this, click on MVI and follow the instructions. In the first drop-down, click on "Request access" and click on "TECNOAPI"
3- MVI Once you have registered, click on MVI.
4- Select the option "access by FNMT certificate" and if it is the first time you access, click on "select access".
5- Fill in the registration request form.
6- In less than 24 hours the Registrar's Association will get in touch with you, communicating access to the service.
7- From now on every time you enter the MVI module, you only have to click on "access via FNMT certificate" and then "connect". Remember that you will always need the Certificate.
